This is to inform a grievance cause to me in connection with availing the service of an APC UPS in the guarantee period.
I have purchased two ups from one of your supplier
Computer mate,Angamaly.Ernakulam Dist,Kerala. Following are the details

2. Date of purchase 12.09.2012
Invoice no: 1511
Both the ups got complaint and I have register a complaint in your toll free no 6 th of May 2013 and my complaint reg no is as follows

2.C1-4716007024
After a week the service technician from attend the complaint and told that both the UPS has to be replaced and installed me with new 2 UPS. But next day morning one of those Ups was not functioning properly. When I called back the technician he told he can’t help again and I have to relog another complaint to the toll free no.
The new complaint no is C1-4778923481 and he had ask me to charge overnight and if the problem is not resolve ,send SMS ‘no’ to 919008875555 ,and I have done that also.
When I have try to relog the complaint again they had ask me to provide the first ups serial no ,which I could not provide since you service technician had taken back it in his first visit itself. But luckily I had his office no at Ernakulam and asked them over phone they said it is

When I tried to relog the complaint with this no’s the call centre communicated that your complaint no and serial is having a miss match. It is almost one and half month since I am trying resolves this problem. I strongly believe that it is the customer right to get the UPS services in the guarantee period. I am not concerned about the technicalities and mis communication in the call center and your dealers .My computer is using for keeping the medical records and malfunction will invite medico-legal problems to me, which inturn takes blame to your UPS in the guarantee period. I request you to reply this mail though an Email.
