I worked in the said company since 28/11/05 to 16/10/14. My last drawn salary was Rs 55000 /-. Consolidated.I was not given the yearly increments given to all employees for consecutive last 3 years. My last increment was 10000/_. I was not given any long leave except 1 or 2 days in a whole year for casual or sick purpose.
Though the company is covered under P.F. they didn’t contribute for me.
According to me my settlement amount should have been about 19 lakes.where in I received only 2.75 lakes
My calculation below
Salary for calculation considering last increment for last 3 years is 85000
So 85000 /26×9
Earned leave for 9 years @ 30 days/yr.= 270 days
So leave salary = 85000 x9
P.f for 9 years @ 6500 pm
Bonus difference for 3 years considering increment 60000
If I am mistaken. Kindly correct me.
If correct , Pl help me in getting the same.
I was pressurized to sign the letter of no dues to me from company , before parting the amount of 2.7 lakes.
