amount deducted without notice

Name of company/service: Vodaphone

Hi, Vodaphone has been continuously deducting amounts regularly from my balance in the name of Vodaphone TV subscription which was never done. When called to customer care they said they were sorry for that.
I want to know – how the heavily penalize them so that they don’t repeat such mistakes again. Request your assistance.
