Amount deducted from my balance

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Many a times whenever i have sufficient talk time balance, DOCOMO would deduct certain amount without asking for my permission or even without informing me. When i find large sum missing from my balance, i tried to enquire what was the matter, they would just tell me that i had downloaded some application for the missing amount. Where as the truth is something else. On 27.09.2012 at 00.49 hrs an amount rs.49 was deducted as some application “Boring” was downloaded by me, where as it is completely untrue. Today also some amount is deducted i dont know for what purpose. I want to inform you that TATA DOCOMO has been deducting such amounts for the last six months, despite repeated warnings, which amounts to stealing. I want TATA DOCOMO return all those amounts deducted in last six months at once.
