Amount deducted from my balance

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Many a times whenever i have sufficient talk time balance, DOCOMO would deduct certain amount without asking for my permission or even without informing me. When i find large sum missing from my balance, i tried to enquire what was the matter, they would just tell me that i had downloaded some application for the missing amount. Where as the truth is something else. On 27.09.2012 at 00.49 hrs an amount rs.49 was deducted as some application “Boring”
