AMOUNT DEDUCTED BY PSPCL

i have paid bill of account number B14GP710148X on dated 17th Sep, 2012 through OBC netbanking (Vide Bank Ref. No. IB SM TXN.ID- tory 000004377562), the amount of Rs. 2,544.49 has been debited in my bank account, but it is still showing “not Paid” in PSPCL login, as the last date of payment for the same bill is 19th September, 2012, we have deposited the bill amount in cash at PSPCL concern office, hence I am requesting to refund my deducted amount, the matter required special attention so that I can avoid the penalty or late payment charges.
