Respected Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a R.O Machine warranty period (one year on 6.05.2012-05.05.2013) his email id [email protected],his address a-61 om vihar phase-v, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59) of Rs.7,500 on 30.04.2012, and received the item on 06.05.2012 vide Invoice No.1065 and when I came to use the item just after a three months it worked hardly 4 or 5 minutes and stoped working automatically and i try my level best to re-start the machine but it was completely stoped working next day I try to contact on the telephone No.9911685505,9268651236 (given on the bill) which was switched off and I continuously try to contact whole day but it remain not response off even on next day. but no reply till date… in between I used to try to contact him on telephone but it pick call but mot response.
Sir, This is my humble request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action against the company so that my problem can be sorted out. I am really shocked with the dealing procedure with the customer by the said company…
I shall be very thankful to the Hon.Court and request to punish this kind of cheater. Waiting for the favorable reply and action…
