I had lodged a service request no RNA 120616011069 dated 15/06/2012 time 11:50 am with their helpline for ice formation on the grills of Window A/c. The said Window A/c is under Annual Maintainence Contract with them till August 2012. I was assured that the service will be provided within 24 hours. Inspite of my repeated follow up and reminders the service in question has not been provided.
