Akash Tablet 7c+ defective item delivered, not replaced even not repaired properly

I had ordered Akash tablet c+, in the name of my father Mr. Kishore Kumar Dey, directly from ubislate website’s order booking, on the 27 March 2013, Booking No. PM92EABF2333, then on 4 April 2013 i received the tablet, Invoice No. AMFEX040300035, but it was defective, the touch screen was not working. I immediately contacted ubislate techsupport they told me it will be replaced as I logged the complain within 48 hrs of receiving the item, and they told me that I have to mail it to Amritsar address of which they will email me, but they emailed me the address next day. Then i couriered the Tablet to Amritsar at the address provided by them. Then I called them to notify them that i couriered the tablet as instructed by them before, they told me that within 10 days Replaced Tablet will be delivered, then after 10 day when i did not received the tablet I called them again, but this time they told me that it wiould take another 10 days because my defective Tablet is in the lab for repair. Then on 26 April 2013 the received back the Tablet, but they did not replaced the The defective tablet as they promised, but sent me the same tablet repaired. It worked 6 days then again today on 3 May 2013 again the touchscreen stopped responding and even its not starting after I tried to restart. I am really frustrated, please help me out on resolving this matter.
