COMPLAINT AGAINST AIRTEL FOR ITS FORGERY
1. On 12th September 2013 I got message at 2:19:06 pm from AIRTEL on my Airtel mobile no. 09960207713 stating that “ khas offer sirf aapke liye ! Ab AIRTEL mobile recharge kijiye Rs. 14 se aur paiye 500 MB 2g. Paiye 90 MB turant (3din ke liye) aur 410 MB (15 dino ke liye) agle 1 din mein. (SENDER AZ650015) Same is also going on the IVR(Interactive Voice Resoponse)
2. On 12th September 2013 at 7:35:03 pm I made recharge of my Airtel mobile with Rs. 14 as they messaged me for the same. Recharge was successful with transaction ID 991451908. I was entitled with “50” MB 2G data validity for 3days.
3. My Question is that when they promised/messaged me to give benefit of 90 MB instant at the time of recharge, then why did they give me 50 MB?
4. I used up my 50 MB in just one day then I called customer care & their representative asked me did not give any information regarding my concern & dropped my call.
5. I called up customer care once again then their representative asked me to transfer the call to his superior, He transferred the call but they were busy so he told me about the same & asked that they will call me back within 4 hour.
6. I waited for the given time then I tried to call them up, but this time I was BLOCKED to call them up.(I was unable to call the customer care from my Airetel mobile number 09960207713)
7. Then I went to retailer who recharged my Airtel mobile A/C. He called the customer care. This time customer care executive asked me that I have to wait for 48 hour after successful recharge then I will get the remaining data.
8. So I waited for the given time (As per my internet recharge of Rs.14 was On 12th September 2013 at 7:35:03 pm & the given time period was 14th of September 2013 at 7:35:03 pm )
9. As per the given time I should have got my remaining internet DATA. But Neither I got my remaining data nor call back from customer care executive.
10. On 14th September 2013 At 8 pm from Airtel mobile no. 8624076234 again I called up customer care. This time I got connected to customer care executive. I asked about my no.9960207713 & gave all the information about the same but customer care executive did not communicated well & talk to me very rudely & DROPPED my call.
11. I tried Once againg from the same No. 8624076234 but this time they also blocked this mobile no. To call them up.
12. Them I approached to the retailer he also called the customer care executive once again. This time customer care executive told his that Rs. 14 recharge was not done on this mobile number.
13. On 15th September 2013 in the morning between 11 am to 12:30 am I called again to customer care from my mobile number 9960207713. This time I got connected to customer care executive & there was a girl whom I explained about the same, she told me to hold the call to transfer the call to her senior. After putting my call on hold she picked up & then disconnected the call.
14. When the call was disconnected by the executive I called once again but this time happened same thing. I was blocked to call customer care.
Till the date of filing complaint against Airtel I did not get my remaining data.
This is not the first time I am in trouble due to Airtel of its services, but this time it is too much. My anger not only for the Rs.14 which I lost this is the matter of deceiving cunsumers & violating their RIGHT. This is the question that they are directly deceiving me but also there may be thousands customers who are in the same conditions.
So my request you to please sort it out ASAP.
