1. Airtel provides faulty modem from the start of connection
2. Airtel doesn’t provide a proper solution for over a year inspite of customer calling customer support multiple times
3. Customer decides to requests for a closure of the service & for a final bill till cutomer’s confirmation on connection closure
4. Customer support starts to offer some wavers so that customer continues to buy Airtel services
5. Customer fed up of Airtel’s hollow talks, firm on disconnecting
6. No calls from Airtel support for a while
7. Soon, Ms Priya Sharma, claims to be from Airtel Legal Dept, calls from 011-47098633 & uses very bad tone and language & harasses by threatening to issue a legal notice in Patiala court when the customer is in NCR
9. This person from Airtel’s Legal Dept forces the customer to pay the amount for time beyond the closure request
10. Customer notifies nodal officer
11. While the communication is still on with Nodal office over emails, Priya Sharma continues to call and harass.
12. Nodal officer and 121 etc are all sent atleast 3 reminders to control the ill-mannered legal dept person from Airtel. She continues to call and isn’t even ready to have her senior person come & handle the situation over the phone
13. It’s been 3-4 days & Airtel only worsens its image with each call from its legal dept
14. Airtel should be ashamed of its such actions
