Hi,
I am Anupkumar staying in J.P nagar Bangalore. I m using Airtel Digital TV connection. I am facing too many issue with the Video stream and many channels show signal error.When i lodged the compliant about the same, they were not able arrange the Service engineer on time and prior to that its very difficult to get connected to the customer care executive, 3 weeks back when i called customer care and its connected to some executive and that guy was talking rash and felt like he was drunken and talking non-sense and after that again few days later again i called to the customer care and lodge a complaint and now they are asking for the Service charge of Rs.125 and also they are not sure of service warranty.For every service, i should need to pay service charge, when ever i face problem. For ex;if i get the done the service and channels are coming fine, but not sure of tomorrow if the problem happens again, i need to lodge a complaint and again i have to pay…….service charge.As problem is from there side , then why we need to pay service charge every time we face problem.
