Hi , my name is V. SATHISH REDDY .
I have taken a BROADBAND CONNECTION with AIRTEL . The problem is that for the first 10 days it had worked properly ,
and after that from past 15 days Iam not getting the internet connection .
I had contacted the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES
for more than 30 times since 13 days , they people are not responding to the calls
and if iam calling them repeatedly ,they are taking the complaint and ,they are saying that
our CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES will come to your house next day morning and fix the problem ,
But those people are not coming ,For this reason only i had taken a leave for 3 days with out going to office ,
but the representatives are not coming to fix my problem ,Again if i call them they are repeating the
same that they vl come tomorrow .My reference number is 35240766.Today again i had called them and
they have done the same and gave me the reference number 35591760.
Airtel Broadband connection is the worst i had ever experienced.
Those people will beg like anything for taking a connection and after taking connection ,
we have to beg for them to resolve the issues.
I request all the customers to not take any connection from Airtel.
Where are we heading to?? This insensitive and irresponsible behavior is costing us our present!! Consumers have no value in this service chain..it seems..If its only business and money that matters to such companies who are not willing to care for their customers, we need reunite and stand against them. I hope to get justice one day!
