After numerous request to Airtel thru e-mail, registering complaint, speaking to Airtel representative for service disconnection, the request is not attended and Airtel is going on raising monthly bill for services that is not being used. Daily I get calls for making payment, even after telling the representative the whole story and asking them for service disconnection, nothing happens and again the same person calls for payment. Earlier before clearing my dues I first asked Airtel for disconnection of service but they told until I pay my dues service disconnection cannot happen.
This clearly fraudulent tactics by Airtel to make money by looting people.
