Hello Sir
I brought Airtel Digital TV on 15th March 2010. After that signal problem is appearing on every 20 days. I called Customer care and they logged my complain in the first week of june. They also assure me that my problem would resolve in next 24 hours. Unfortunately no engineer turn up to rectify my problem. Since then I keep logging complain. In all I complain 4 times in last 20 day however I got same reply from customer care executive that my problem will resolve in 24 hous but no engineer visited at my home. On 21 th June One Engineer visited and when he was working on problem he told us the shocking story. He said Engineer installed Old model of DTH at your home. He also said if you want to replace it you need to pay 600 more Rupees.
I am fail to undersatnd why they are asking money from me. I have already gave them full payment at the of taking the new connection.
Also I have paid them for 20 days service even though I have not seen any channel because of Singnal problem.
