I am having a problem with my Airtel mobile internet.I have recharged my phone with 126 2G card on 3rd may with 1 month validity.But on 12th may I started facing a problem where my main balance was deducted for using internet.First I thought my 1GB is finished so I recharged it with 96 2G card on 13th May .But the same problem remained.So I called the Airtel customer care and they gave me 24 hours and said they are solving it.But the next day problem remained.So I called again to the customer care.They again gave me 24 hours time and registered my problem.In afternoon they called and said that the problem is resolved but it was a lie so I called the customer care again.This time they harassed me and said they are looking at the problem and this is all my fault but I told them that I did nothing they are accusing me for.Then after some time they called and said the problem is resolved but that’s a lie again.Then again I called them and got 24 hours deadline.Today is 15 th May and the problem remained , so I called them again and got harassed again again got a 24 hours deadline and no solution.The customer care is behaving rudely to me and saying I don’t know how to use my phone and other things but I clearly did nothing wrong and getting harassed for 3 days.My complaint no is 132814.The complaint nos are not given to me.I have lost Rs 239 for this chaos.
