Airtel broadband and fixedline

Its been 6 days since internet stopped working on my airtel broadband as well
as landline stopped receiving signal.
I called up airtel customer care several times and each time it was told to
me that ‘your issue will be resolved today, sir’, ‘our technician will visit
today’
And still no response from the company.
I am really fed up of this. I do not pay landline and broadband bill for this!!!
I have also e-mailed them regarding this but no their reply was that they have forwarded my complaint further and will be resolved soon but still the is no action from their side
