I have SBI account number 30347838161, I withdrawn my amount 20,000/-(10000+10000) from ICICI bank ATM id-SACW7555 (SOHNA ROAD, GURGAON) on dated 05/05/2014 at time- 09:16 AM & 09:17 AM from card no xxxxx8521, But ATM machine not withdraw my money and Rs.20,000 deducted from my account. For these transaction my transaction ids are 187248 & 187249.
When I talk to my branch manager for same they are telling me that your transaction is already completed but this is not right as I have not get my withdrawn money through that ATM on that time.(if they want they can confirm from their ATM CCTV camera recording).
Secondly I tried to proper communicate with my SBI branch bank Staffs for which my Complaint no. is – 565998, and also SBI nodal Officer at this number (022-22740430) for this issue and send them so many emails (scan copy attached) regarding this but still they are nor resolving my problem and my money is not return back to me and further I am facing problem for a long period of time.
I am also not using this account for any further transaction after this incidence.so at last I am mailing you to do some proper action regarding this issue and solve the matter as soon as possible.
FINALY THEY ARE TELLING ME YOUR TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED, BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS BECAUSE I HAVE NO FOUND MY MONEY.
