Hi I am Nandita. I have cancelled my Airtel broadband on 10th September. I also paid the last bill which came to me in the month of october. I have still received the bill after that and my service is not showing cancelled from airtel side. It is very annoying now I am getting calls from collection agency. I shifted from that address on 10th september and how they are sending me bill on that address. I have talked to the customer care of airtel so many time and why they do not disconnect the service of the agent when requested and harrass them later.

    Bloody airtel people! Will someone tell them changing their logo & tune won’t work until they change their values and start being ethical? I cancelled my airtel broadband service on 26th September as I was being transferred. And they promised to return my deposit of 3000 rs in 45 working days. 3 months and numerous phone calls and complaints later, they are still continued charging me and deducted the 3000rs of my deposit on 9th December,2010. The customer care executives are disconnecting my call. I am bloody frustrated now & just want to press charges against these cheats.

    I m fully agree with u because same thing happen 2 me too.
    as they simply start deducting some amount regularly & if customer let to know and make complain 2 customer care then simply start promising that ur problem will be resolved soon but practically they do nothing..
    I really hate this no. one cheater telecom company AIRTEL
