Hi I am Nandita. I have cancelled my Airtel broadband on 10th September. I also paid the last bill which came to me in the month of october. I have still received the bill after that and my service is not showing cancelled from airtel side. It is very annoying now I am getting calls from collection agency. I shifted from that address on 10th september and how they are sending me bill on that address. I have talked to the customer care of airtel so many time and why they do not disconnect the service of the agent when requested and harrass them later.
