complaint about repeated break down of refrigerator, cause of which could not be determined by the service engineer,since Nov. 2011 three times refilling of gas was done, still not sure about its proper functioning,all the time i had to pay for no fault of mine, due to which i am put to trouble and mental harassment.
secondly the complain of AC could not be attended by the customer care for a month,finally i had to get it done privately.
Now i was told that the product is defective without permanent solution, all the house holds were purchased in 2009 of L.G brand, if it is so i am unnecessary put to loss. the situation arisen has become a big challenge for me to face. The time constrain is now a big issue, i cant just pursue them all the time.
As such it is requested to kindly do justice and release me from unwanted stress and monetary loss.
