AGAINST BUILDER FLAT DAMAGE

Dear Sir,

Myself Mr. Arun Kumar Patel, I had purchased a flat on Sreeji Appartment, Flat No.4, Servey No.1/1/2, Laxmi Nagar, Pimple Gurav, Pune 411027. I had facing so many problems after purchasing a flat in a year only. Sir, I request to Register my following Complaints against Builder Proprietor Name MR. PRAVINHAI DEVSI CHOTALIYA. Sir, I want each and every problem to be rectify and repair, I am also demand compensation from the Builder because I am facing a problem from the purchase date.
1. Not Prepared a Sale Deed Agreement :- I had purchased a flat on March 2010 and I had paid all money including Registration charges to builder but Builder had make a Agreement to Sale. When I was transferring a Property Tax from Builder Name to my name they want Sale Deed Agreement, but Builder had make only Agreement to Sale they did not prepare Sale Deed. Builder demand me that you pay extra amount for the Sale Deed. Once I had paid money to Builder then why I pay extra money, it was Builder cheated me for Registration Case. It was 420 Case & Cheating Case.

2. Water Pipe & Tap Leakages :- At the time of purchase a flat I had told so many times to Builder that you repair or replace pipe or Tap but they did not take any action. Till date know they are leakage.

3. Water Proofing Leakages :- Building Leakage problem is also not solve by Builder they told that it was not Builder problem.

4. Low Quality Electric Wire & Repair Charges :- Building electric wire is fault & damage due to low quality of wire and also they take illegal face connection in the apartment. Apartment people contribute money with itself and purchase a new Electric wire, then call the MSEB people. They people replace the faulty wire and repair the electric connection correctly. Sir, I want Electric cable as well as MSEB connection expenses incurred during repair.

5. Drainage Leakage & Choke-up Problems :- Builder had make a temporary arrangement in the apartment for drainage for sale a purchase. When I was complaint to Builder they told me that it was not Builder problem. Every week I call a cleaning man to clean the Choke up drainage.

6. Bad Quality of Sanitary for Toilet & Bathroom :- Builder use a bad quality of Sanitary for Toilet and Bathroom. When I was telling that problems to Builder they said that it was not my fault because I had already sold the flat in to you.
Sir, Once again I request you to all Authority that you people should help me for such problem, which was facing from the Builder. Please ……………..help……….me………….
