Admission in Class 2nd

Dear Sir/Mam,

My niece date of birth is 14.07.2005 and she was studying in 2nd class Gurgaon . But now we shifted to dwarka and went to school Delhi English Academy for her admission in 2nd class but they denied and giving admission in 1nd class rather than 2nd class due to age restriction .

How can these people denied her admission in second class if she is already studying in second class.
