Additional amount charged in Vodafone

Hi,

I was charged Rs.99 for d2c_salparni_looka for my

I have not downloaded anything of that sort.
As there is a 3G plan actively available I do not understand this additional download charges.

Please reimburse the money and help us know where these charges are coming from, so that we can avoid these unexpected charges.
