Dear concerned,
I bought a pair of shoes of the company Adidas. At the time of purchase i was given a guarantee of return in three months from the date of purchase in case of any problem with the shoes. after one month of the purchase of the shoe it went out of shape and i went to the showroom to register my complaint. I submitted my complaint and also gave my shoes to the showroom person and he said me that my complaint would be resolved in 10 days maximum. After 10 days i called up the guy at showroom and he did not replied to my phone call. 2 months went by and there was no response from the company. I had sent several mails to the company at its customer care id & also tried to contact the company at its customer care number which i got from the internet, but there was no resolution of my complaint by the company at mail & the number mentioned at the internet are wrong numbers. Last week i took some time out and decided to go to the showroom myself and i was shocked to see that the showroom was empty. The company has closed that showroom and they did not even cared to return my pair of shoes. I have the bill and the photo of the shoes. The price of the shoes was Rs.4300/-& the showroom was located at DT mall Chandigarh.
Kindly help in resolving my issue.
