With regard to a contest a bank transfer of INR 511 was made to 100bestbuy.com. As per the bank the said amount was remitted to the vendor on 29/05/2013. The same was confirmed by the bestbuy authority over phone. But till date the amount is not being shown as added to my bestbuy site account. Hence the very purpose of participation in the contest remains very unsure.
We have spend 100s of rupees on telephonic discussions with the customer care executives but of no use. Neither they could support with any other escallation point.
