I recharged my Reliance digital TV account (Number 200988261515) on 18-04-2013 with the amount 683 rupees & purchased bronze pack(180 rupees per month approx) for 3 months i.e. up to 16-07-2013 cost 584 rupees and one add on pack for English movie for 2 months cost 90 rupees. Total cost 584+90=674 rupees. This plan was running fine, but in between on 05-05-2013 set top box lost the signal, I complained to service provider, they send their service person, rectified the problem & cut 175 rupees from my account. The service was still suppose to continue for 2 month i.e. 18-06-2013, but again I face the same maintenance problem, I complained again, no one from reliance digital TV visited my residence this time & cut 175 rupees one more time from my account, as per terms & conditions of service provider, if the same problem persist within 60 days, the problem will be rectified & no charge will be made. I am not able to watch TV as my account was suspended 3-4 days back so I again recharged with 100+175=275 rupees, but still my account not activated, so as a conclusion, so far I have paid 958 rupees & I am not able to watch bronze pack which cost only 180 rupees approx per month. If I am calling to customer care it takes around 30 min to reach them & they repeat only one thing to recharge account with more amount.
They are harassing me like anything, can anyone help me.
