Sir,
with humble pray I would like to inform you that I had mistakenly punched wrong amount which exceed the limit i.e. 30000/- for two consecutive time through your ATM (IDAKL11360) on dated 22.03.2013, time 11.27 am, hence I didn’t got the amount but I got the message debited from my account i.e. Rs. 20000/- . I previously complained for the same reason in my branch nabadwip.They had replay to me today that 20000 /- debit on that day again.But I did not received this 20000/-rs. from the ATM.Now they says this amount has been debited in my account.
I therefore request you to kindly do the needful and oblige.Please helf me.
