Abusive Language Used by customer care executive

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Kotak Mahindra Bank

I put this complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank. Today 30th May 2010 at 12:35 I got a call from an executive claiming to be from Kotak Mahindra Bank. He called asking for my father who passed away 5 years back. On being told that by my mother, he started using foul language. When I intervened in the conversation his words were” Saale apni maa ko samjha le” “Jo Ukhadna hai Ukhad le”

I sincerely hope I get a suitable reply from Kotak Mahindra Bank explaining these activites.

Being a customer of this bank I did not expect such sort of activity from them. I know think I should discontinue all my bank accounts etc from this bank.
