Abnormally delay the disconnection of my broadband connection

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

I have repeatedly requested to disconnect my Airtel broadband connection during last 2 weeks, but they didn’t take any actions. It’s very much urgent for me because I will move to another location. Please find the mail communications in the attachment.
