aakash tablet fraud

In Feb. 2012… I paid 2999 from D.D. OF ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE…. ON .16TH FEB.2012…. D.D. NO. IS 821173….. IT’S LIKE THEY promised me to deliver it by April…. Bt its nw Jan… 2013. I didn’t got any tablet till nw….. Now I just simply said then to refund my amount. They said me to give my bank details and my contact details…. I mailed then Bt now m not getting any mail from them……
