a fraud by justdial

Name of company/service: Justdial

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I had taken services of just dial under company name: Sterling Info ways. My cell number which is registered over there is 9582219027.Justdial tele-caller had promised that my ECS would hit my a/c on exactly 45 days but it hit before that. I have kept the recording of my conversation with Justdial tele-caller. I can show it as an evidence. Moreover at the time of verification also I was not informed about this thing. It’s a clear cut fraud. I can’t take service of such a fraudulent company like Justdial. Therefore I requested them to cancel my ECS on immediate basis but they refused. Sir please take an action as they are deducting my money.
