Refund of Security

I was using internet services from Onetouch Intenet service pvt ltd. Because of their poor services I have posted a disconnection request. But they are neither refunding my security deposit nor they are returning the rent of the month I have paid in advance. I am not the only one they have cheated. Many more residents of our colony are having same issues with this company.
