the handset (HTC WILDFIRE) was taken on 18/9/2011 ever since then there was a problem and the diagnose was not correct and only the software update was done. the last time the hand set was sent to fine fone solutions service center in bangalore on 5/6/2012 ever since then the problem is not solved.the service center is directing to HTC customer care and when approached to customer care they direct to service center. N number of calls are given to HTC customer care and mails are also sent but no proper action is taken.
I received a 1-1 replcement approval mail from HTC but i was cheated and only the mother board is changed when approached customer support they told me it was due to unavailabilty of stock.the hanset was in good condition when given but when received it is in horrible condition. HTC customer care agreed to change the panel but the same story is repeated, the replacement date is extended every time.The warranty will expire next month.
