No service after porting the number

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Airtel

My name is Govardhan Reddy, ported from Vodafone to Airtel 15 days ago (20th July). They issued a new airtel sim and said that within one week of time, my vodafone sim will be deactivated and this new Airtel sim will be activated. They promised that, this transfer will be done immediately, and there wont be any interruption in service. It past one week from my Vodafone disconnection, but this Airtel sim is still not activated. I am getting messages, but no incoming calls. I am unable to send a message or make a call. It says your services are barred due to zero balance. But I have recharge with 333+50 Rs, which added 370+ balance in my prepaid account. The same is shown when I do balance inquiry.

Most funny and annoying part is, when I called Airtel customer care for 3 times, I heard 3 different responses from them. Following are the responses:

on 29th July: wait for 24 hours, your services will be started.

on 1st: Its under processing, services will be started in 2 days.

meanwhile, I got a message saying you have to submit your phot ID proof, address proof, and a filled in form. I have submitted them before the sim getting issued (on 20th July).

on 3rd: She says, switch off and on, it should work, if not, we will resolve it in one day.

I have switched the mobile off and on, but no result. I have been tortured with their responses, vague promises and poor service.
