Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a LPG Connection holder with Consumer No. SH8920 at Shiva Gas Service, Pathankot (Punjab). I am customer of shiva gas service from last 12 years. I am having only one cylinder. it is very dificult for me to survive with a single cylinder, because it took almost 45 to 60 days to take a new refill after receipt of old one. I have asked many time from agency holders for the second cylinder they always told me that contact us after one month as they dont have extra cylinders. more than one year has been passed and no action has been taken yet. please tell me what to do and solve my matter.
