Transfer of LPG Connection

Hi,
I shifted from Mahabubnagar to hyderabad Andhra Pradesh. I wanted to transfer my LPG Connection but we lost the consumer # and the consumer book during shifting. Now the Gas Agency in Mahabubnagar is not transferrig our connection and saying its mandatory for us to have our consumer book copy for transfer. Can you pl help us. thanks
