Harrasing customer financially

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Dear Sir/Madam,
I humbly want to state that today morning-30/7/2012at 9:50 AM morning i called tata docomo customer care to know about the GPRS plan.I asked to one of the CCE about the GPRS plan.He said that he can’t tell about the plans related to GPRS,you have to call 522227.I called on 522227 and there i knew that in Rs65 i will get 2.5 GB of gprs data.I put the recharge of Rs65 but i was shocked to see that i got only 1GB data.It shows that they have put the wrong information on 522227 toll free no for making fool to the customer & financially harassing them.Later when i called to the customer care & complain about this issue than they said that in Rs65 i will get only 1Gb data.Then i said that before why you didn’t inform me,you told me to cal 522227.They simply said sorry and told now they can’t do anything.
I want’t to take serious action against them.Its not the matter of money but they are playing with the trust of the customer and betraying them.Please help me Sir/madam.
