Reliance has not discnnecetd a number after request and charges for unused period

Name of company/service: SSS-NIRE

I have paid all my dues to Reliance communication no 9023118109 till 10/4/2012 and requested ttheir customer care to close my connection on thesame day. Further, I communicated them on 16/04/2012 and confirmed via email that I shall not be able to pay them for that number thereafter. I have never used the same thereafter.
But they have claimed their bills in May which I strongly regreted via email. In June again they have coupled two months FAke bills. This is a request not to disturb customers via such fake bill.
