Bought a 12000rs phone, After using for 10 days stopped working, Send back to Naaptol for repair, Now they are not responding neither returning my set. They have taken the money and also the phone.

I have bought SOny Vivaz Phone – Order Id : 3863913 on 23rd April 12

On the 15 th day after delivery it stopped get charged. When i have shown to the officical sony service centre they are saying that the Phone is already being opened and its mother board need to changed.

I have register a complaint in Naaptol , Complaint no-3006568.

I have send the courier on the address given by your employee –

I have send the phone 3 time sby DTDC courier , but bno 1 is recieving the phone,
Courier team is saying there is no address like this.

I have again 3rd time send the phone through courier yesterday, but again same reply..But when i am talking to your reply they are saying..we are not recieving any courier..

Finally after complaining to Mr sandeep of Vox mobiles(representative of Naaptol) they have accepted the Phone on 3rd Julty now when I am sending mails to them( Till now they are replying on mails) saying that they will send the phone in 5 days..Butnow they have stopped replying also and also discoonecting my phone when i am calling them.

Plz help as they have taken my money and phone also..
