I experienced a worst customer service at chennai silks….. staffs at the exchange (underground floor) are rude and they do not how to handle customers and I just wonder who took this fellows for the jod. that too for a customer service kinda job..Chennai silks shop is good..with nice collections, but had bad experience with the exchange section staff… and the supervisor at the 6th floor..he was worse than the worst….If i was the management, i would chuck out these ppl.

  1. Tata Power delhi distribution Ltd. has worst customer care. They never pick the call or send the busy message when ever you tried contacting them, They have SMS services also but they never replied back once to send them Message related to No supply issues. They are just hiking the rates and charging more and more money but customer services is getting down day by day and they even and it takes more than 5 hours to them to correct the voltage related issues which i think Govt. personnel’s can do it within 1 hr.They should either improve the service or reduce the rates or can simply sell company to other capable companies in Delhi.
