Join Addiction Gym & Spa on 27 January 2010 Amount paid is Rs.10500/- against receipt no. 1260 for sauna bath. Attend same till 22 March 2010(the gym was closed for renovation). It started in June again but the spa was not started, I visited the gym several times but SPA was not started. Later I was told to call Mr. Naveen at Noida head office. He told me that my money will be refund.
After several follow ups through phone and mails with Mr. Naveen (9212364462,0120-6497015,[email protected],
[email protected]) & Mr. Ganesh (9212364456, 9958806530,[email protected]) at addiction Noida head office no positive response received. So I visit Noida office personally & there I met Mr. Brij who was at manager level. He assures me that will receive my refund within a week. Its more than two months pass by but no response. And he won’t even receive my calls.
Its more than two & half years, I tried every way possible to get my money back. I was left with no other choice but to go through consumer forum.Please help me with this issue.
