To whom so ever it may concern

this is to inform you that I’ve maintained my account 00881141101127 with hdfc bank from last one year and one day,bank people called me and they offered me credit card and told me that you will receive the card and pin no in 7 to 10 working days and i told them that i need it urgently, so make it on urgent basis and the representative assured me that you will definitely receive it in 10 working days,but it didn’t happened,after my repeated calls to their customer care center they told me that wait for 5 and then for 10 days but i did not received it and finally on 28-07-2012,when i asked them.
They told me that you that already received the card and pin no which is not true and i spoke to their call center manager rahul regarding the issue as well and he told me to track it from the peigen courier, we will not do any thing in this regard and they and not sending me the receiving slip as well nor they are cancelling the card.
so i would request the consumer court to look into the matter seriously
