Threatening Calls being given again

Location/place: KOLKATA

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks

Sir that lawyer from Delhi (of Tikona) is calling me and threatening (saying that he has filed a case against me) that dues are left and talking very rudely and in a cheap way ONCE AGAIN. How can someone trouble us without any reason? I’m fed up of this and i want serious action to be taken against this Black-Mailer (+919571118603 -1:34PM – 28.07.12
M. Shirazuddin ( a representative of Tikona) assured us that such thing will not be repeated again after a lodged a complaint at Consumer Forum but the same ill-mannered person is calling us.
HELP is Required. Please Help!

    sir , he said i m going to file case against u. He is a police officer.
    So pls help us he did not listen what company did mistakes.
