My telephone No. 25514385 has become dead since 12/07/12, followed by a complaint docket no 11501032392 dt 12/7/12 without any response till date. On querry it was heard that there was no chance of restoration due to Cable fault since 7/8 months back. Is it acceptable ? Plz response.
