for deduction in balance

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

From 9th july, everyday my balance is deducted by Rs.5. The company itself started some alerts and charged for that.
I have called customer care twice. 1st time,on 12th july the person said that your scheme will b deactivated and you will get the refund of balance deducted within 4 hrs from that day onwards customer care didn’t received my call from my number (but they receives from other number).yet the scheme is activated and balance is not deducted .Yesterday i made a call, and that time there executive said that,”system is not updated. so, i could not do anything”. its 8 th day, my balance is deducted. i want refund of Rs.40. but they had refunded me only 5/- Rs ‘so please kindely report my complaint I hope that you will take appropriate action against it.
