Symphony Winter Fan broken within warranty period, Not attending my Complaint

Location/place: Modinagar (Ghaziabad)

Name of company/service: Symphony

I purchased Symphony Winter Air Cooler on 10th/May/2012(Sr. No. 14A1612A07637). Its fan broke down while switched on. I lodged complaint on Symphony customer care on 12th July 2012 and two more times (Complaint No. GZC-14G 12003 and KME-18G 12003) since that date but nobody came to see the product till now. During such hot weather its relly a mental torture and agony, when we paid exorbiant costs only on the satisfaction of quality service.
I want my product to be repaired immediately or cashback of the product.
