Extra deduction

My DATA Plan of Rs.95 was active till 11.59.59pm 21st july(yesterday) i activated the next cycle of plan on 22nd july 12:00:00. I got a confirmation message at 12:02:00 stating that the DATA plan is active form now and valid till 11:59:59 20th August. Now an extra amount of Rs.212 is less. When contacted the call centre they claim that i had no free data available when i had 764 MB free.
