Dear Sir,
I was an employee , of LIC of India, at Komarapalayam branch office, under salem division, and was working as Assistant Branch Manager. I had resigned from LIC during the month of Nov 2007 and during the time of resigning , I had paid all my outstanding dues towards the 4 wheeler provided by the company and as per rule the vehicle will be transferred to my name. This is the rule . I am presently working as Regional Manager, in Reliance Life Insurance , calicut, kerala and it is very difficult for me to visit salem to get the documents for transfer of ownership of my vehicle. Hence, for the past 2 years I have been constantly asking Marketing manager, LIC divisional office, salem to sign the documents for transfer of vehicle and send it to me and infact I had sent lots of mails too. I had sent the documents for his signature more than 4 times. But I am yet to receive the same. I want to dispose the vehicle and I am not in a position to do so. I have lost more than 1 lakh of rupees because of this. Hence, I kindly request you to consider this case and do the needful at the earliest.
