unfair billing and not considering problems

Name of company/service: idea postpaid

i am user of idea post paid connection almost from last 8 months and i m using the number +919033631347. it’s matter of two month before i have purchased new connection of idea post paid of number +919574773777. As i asked for CUG connection with my old no. they suggested me for new bill plan of Rs. 249/month. and i agreed to that and submitted related documentation to that. but after one week i noticed that my bill plan was not changed yet and in new number my bill plan was different from what i asked. so i told about that to the company franchise. they told me not to worry and that happened just because of little mistake and they will soon resolve problem and asked for another documentation to migrate my bill plan. and i do as they asked to do. but the end of my billing month i found my bill too much then it should be because of wrong plan i didn’t got benefits what i should get because they yet not changed my bill plans what they have promised. so i again notify them about the issue they told me that i should pay bills and they will register my complain and give me reversal of my billing because of unfair billing. but now after two month they are refusing to accepting there mistakes and asking me to do whatever i can but they can’t help me with this issue. they are not helping and not even answering. i m really tired of visiting their office again and again.
