Unacceptable behaviour of Tata Photon employee and customer Care executives

I had a tata photon dongle which i was not using for sometime but wanted to get it recharged so i called up tata photon customer care to know my photon device number.I was provided a number and got it recharged but the internet was not working so i filed a complained and i was asked to visit the nearest service center.There they asked me that my device was not working properly and therefore i will have to buy a new device.I bought a new device and the given number was activated on the new device.thereafter i received a call from the service station stating that the number belonged to someone else and they will disconnect my internet.The manager of the service center was too rude and unprofessional while talking and rather than solving the problem he was quite abusive in his language.Since past one week i am facing this problem and everytime i call customer care they say complain has been registered and will be resolved in 48 hrs but nothing is done.In other way they are harassing their customers.I am forced to take a legal action.
